With What To Wear you can control who can see you, your items, and most actions you take. You can also block anyone who troubles you and report people or items that go against community rules.

Verify your privacy settings are what you expect.  You can do this by using What To Wear on another device or ask a no-app-friend friend to check how your account looks like to others.
